ORLANDO -- Did Casey Anthony incriminate herself when it comes to her missing daughter Caylee?
Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said yes.
On CNN Headline News, Padilla said while one of his associates was staying with the Anthonys while Casey was out on bond, she criticized people looking for Caylee, saying they haven't even found the clothes she was wearing.
Padilla said the statements could prove she knows where Caylee is.
Casey is charged with murder for the death of her daughter, even though Caylee's remains have never been found.
A judge has set a hearing for next week to hear more motions from her attorney, including a request to see crime scene photos, hair samples, and other items given to FBI labs.
