ORLANDO -- A new class action lawsuit was filed, alleging fraud and other improper practices, against those who built and sold homes on and near a former World War II-era bombing range in southeast Orlando.
The suit was brought on behalf of Lymarie Rodriguez, who bought a condo near Lee Vista Boulevard.
The suit alleged the development companies, builders, developers and lenders knew the homes were being built on the former Pinecastle Jeep Range.
It also claimed they deliberately hid that information from Rodriguez and other buyers.
Rodriguez' lawyer said his clients want to be reimbursed for their financial damages and for the companies to buy back the homes.
