ORLANDO -- Police are investigating a noose that was delivered to City Commissioner Daisy Lynum.
The Orlando Sentinel reported the small rope noose was delivered to Lynum's office Friday.
The package the noose was delivered in did not have a return address.
Lynum made headlines a week ago, when she had a photo from the 1930s, featuring a young black man wearing no shoes as he caddied for white players, removed from Dubsdread Golf Course.
Lynum called the picture offensive, and said it belonged in a museum, not at the city-owned course.
The photo was later returned. See related story.
